This committee will concern itself with means of achieving two primary objectives: to monitor relevant state and federal legislation and to affect outcome of proposed legislation which might affect the Council. The principal strategy of this committee will be to empower the region’s librarians and other library supporters to become effective advocates on behalf of their own libraries or systems.
