Consider submitting a proposal for a poster, lightning talk or longer presentation for Syracuse University’s Library and Information Science Student Association (LISSA)’s Day of “Filling in the Spaces.”

This year, the event is open to CLRC members to submit proposals and/or attend!

Want to practice your presentation skills? Share a passion or hidden ability? Discuss a program you recently piloted? Then Day of Filling in the Spaces (FitS) is the opportunity for you!

The Syracuse University Library and Information Science Student Association (LISSA) is organizing an informal conference, a Day of Filling in the Spaces (FitS). While people from all backgrounds are invited to participate, we are particularly interested in hearing from library professionals. Day of FitS is an opportunity to share your experience, expertise, and passion with students preparing to enter the library field, as well as the rest of the Syracuse community. The 2018 Day of FitS will take place on Saturday, March 3, 2018, from 10am-2pm (lunch provided), in Hinds Hall, located on the Syracuse University main campus. See flyer attached and share widely!

The call for proposals is now open, please submit proposals HERE.

You could present a poster, lightning round talk, or a longer presentation.

Proposals will be accepted until Friday, February 16th.
