Last week, 50 library supporters came together at Mohawk Valley Community College to meet some newly-elected legislators and reconnect with those already in office to chat about services offered by their community libraries and to ask for continued (preferably increased) funding.
Thank you to Senator Griffo, Assemblyman Blankenbush and Congressman-elect Brindisi for sending a representative from their offices and to Assemblyman Miller, Assemblyman-elect Salka and Assemblywoman-elect Buttenschon for taking the time out of their hectic schedules to “speed date” their constituents.
