Onondaga County Public Library’s Central Library was host to CLRC’s Legislative Breakfast on Friday, December 9. The meeting room, with it’s floor to ceiling windows overlooking downtown, was the perfect location for speed-dating with the legislators.

Executive Directors Debby Emerson (CLRC) and Susan Mitchell (OCPL) welcomed the great crowd of library staff and supporters and spoke about the new 3Rs of library services – Reflect, Respond, Resources, including the early literacy resources available to the public libraries. Janet Park gave a brief presentation on Every Child Ready to Read and what OCPL is doing to forward that movement.
