Grab all your fun-loving friends, and get ready for the Erie Canal Museum’s 2022 HISTORY HAPPY HOUR series, bringing history to you at some of your favorite local Syracuse businesses. The History Happy Hours series continues on August 17th at the Erie Canal Museum, bringing back everyone’s favorite History Happy Hour tradition of drinks in the Locktender’s Garden.

Join Museum staff for a traditional happy hour starting at 5PM, then at 6:30pm enjoy a special presentation about the Weighlock Building. There will also be music from Harmonic Dirt and demonstrations by the team at Mello-Velo on how to use the Museum’s new bike repair rack to do basic repairs on your bicycle. Museum staff will continue to be available to discuss history, beer, bicycling, or anything else for that matter until 8pm.

Admission to the Museum is free with a cash bar. We will also have tastings from Talking Cursive Brewing Company, Willow Rock Brewing Company, Grow Brewing, and Fall Street Brewing. We hope you can join us for this fun night of history, beer, and friendship!
