LILRC Webinar: Making Space for Self – Techniques for Managing Mental Health at Times of Stress, Grief, and Loss

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about stress, anxiety, and grief. Many people have been isolated, working from home, and doing the best to keep themselves and loved ones safe. Please join us for a virtual presentation by Dr. Adam Gonzalez, Director of Behavioral Health and Associate Professor of Psychiatry & Behavioral Health at the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University. Dr. Gonzalez will speak about stress, grief and loss, and techniques for managing mental health during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
