For the first time ever, Southeastern NY Library Resources Council will hold an online annual meeting. The theme is “Surviving and Thriving at the Library.” The program will be condensed, but will still include the basic elements: an update on our yearly activity, a featured speaker, awards presentation, and honoring new and outgoing Trustees.

New for this format: We are looking for members to participate by being panelists and are encouraging you to submit at 10 minute presentation for consideration. Back when this meeting was going to be in person, we were planning on having a poster session to celebrate member work. In light of all the changes brought about by the ongoing pandemic, we want to keep the spirit of the poster session and celebrate your work as you continue to survive and thrive.

Presentations can be relevant to work before, during, or after this period of quarantine and library closure. We seek representation from all member types: academic, public, school, and special. Please use the form to let us know about your idea!

The meeting will be held via Zoom on Friday, June 5, 2020 from 10am-12pm.

Please submit your proposals by May 22, 2020.
