The Building Bridges Grants Program, an initiative of the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation, supports nonprofit organizations in the planning and implementation of projects that engage U.S.-based Muslim and non-Muslim populations in arts- and culture-based experiences designed to advance relationships and understanding for mutual well-being.

Proposed projects should offer engaging literary, media, or performing arts experiences to foster relationships and understanding between communities.

Grants will range from $25,000 to $300,000 over one to three years. Applying organizations must have annual operating expenses greater than $100,000, of which at least $25,000 is dedicated to arts-related programming.

Letters of interest are due August 23, 2018.
