Digital Inclusion Project Grants

American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)

CLRC has received funding as part of the American Rescue Plan Act. These funds have been provided through the State Library and the Institute of Library and Museum Services and are being distributed to the nine library councils to fund regional projects. The State Library outlines the grant streams and project requirements in their ARPA Library Subawards Guidelines.

Our plan is to use this money to fund projects submitted by our members in our region. Given the short turnaround for applying and spending these funds, we are keeping the application process very simple. CLRC will accept general applications that fall within the guidelines provided by the state. We strongly encourage all applicants to read the guidelines for Digital Inclusion Projects or Library & Museum Partnerships prior to submitting an application to CLRC.
