Christine Fleischer, Director of the Frank J. Basloe Library (Herkimer, NY), was awarded the National Library of Medicine’s (NLM) $500 scholarship to attend the 2018 Association for Rural & Small Libraries (ARSL) annual conference in Springfield, IL, September 12-15, 2018.
Thanks to a generous support from NLM, the New York State Library was able to select one New York State public librarian to attend the ARSL Conference and the NLM’s Pre-Conference program Stand Up for Health: Health and Wellness Services for Your Community.
The scholarship will cover Christine’s travel and registrations costs.
