Captioning Instructional Videos – Four-Week Course

Association of Specialized and Cooperative Library Agencies offers a four-week course on creating and synchronizing captions for library instructional videos for patrons who are deaf or suffer from hearing impairments. Participants will be introduced to free tools for composing useful and meaningful captions, script preparation and video creation.
