Webinar Description:

Who couldn’t use a little more kindness in their day? But kindness is more than simply “being nice.” Research shows that kindness has physical, mental, and social benefits—and is essential for thriving workplaces. Through rigorous research, the nonprofit kindness.org has made a mission of creating evidence-based programs and tools to spread kindness in schools, workplaces, and everyday life. Join kindness.org’s co-founder & CEO, Jaclyn Lindsey, and learn what they have discovered about the science of kindness, its impact on happiness and well-being, and the most effective ways to spread kindness. In this informative and immersive workshop, you’ll not only learn about the science of kindness and the impact it can have on your days at work and home, but you’ll leave having experienced the power of kindness firsthand.
