Webinar Description:

We’ve all heard about Millennials, but what do we know about the next generation, Generation Z? According to the American Marketing Association, Generation Z, or those born at the dawn of the 21st century, are just now starting to enter college and the workforce. How can we prepare to meet these new users or tailor our services to their needs?

In this hour-long session we will explore the characteristics and demographics of Generation Z, focusing on education and leadership. We will brainstorm and discuss ways libraries can provide services and programs tailored to this group and other tips for library managers who will be supervising Generation Z staff.
