What makes a great library leader? As libraries change rapidly, the old rules may not apply anymore. In fact, the best leaders today are often those who defy tradition and embrace innovation. The Library Leadership and Management Association (LLAMA) will present a series of free one-hour webinars featuring successful leaders from all types and sizes of libraries sharing their unique and innovative approaches to library leadership.
