After six years at the Central New York Library Resources Council, Debby Emerson has announced that she has accepted a position as the Director of the Wadsworth Library in Geneseo, New York. As the director of her hometown library, she will be able to bring her exceptional leadership qualities to the town she has lived in for more than thirty years. Also, no more long drives!

The staff at CLRC wishes her well.

Here is a message from Meg Van Patten, CLRC Board of Trustees President…

Dear Colleagues,
It is with sadness that I announce that Debby Emerson, Director of CLRC, will be leaving CLRC to pursue a new adventure in her career. She is going to be the director of the Wadsworth Library, in Geneseo, NY, which is part of the Pioneer Library System.

We are sorry to see her go as she has done a great job leading the team at CLRC. Under her direction CLRC has flourished as they continued to provide services to the member libraries and at the same time improving on what CLRC does.

It has been a pleasure to work with Debby and we wish her all the best as she embarks on the next chapter of her library career.

Sincerely,
Meg, President CLRC Board of Trustees
