“Working through May and June, I taught the boys how to write stories following journalistic methods and then illustrate them in comic book style. The boys wrote stories about their experience of war, immigration and adjustment to their new country. In addition to the exhibited artwork, the event will also serve as a zine (book) release of the featured work.”

The exhibit may be viewed at OCPL’s White Branch Library on Butternut Street in Syracuse.
