Webinar: Crisis Management and Recovery
November 16, 2023 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am EST
Webinar Description:
It is no longer a question of whether a crisis will happen in an organization: it is only a matter of when, which type and how it will occur.
Managers and employees need to think about the unthinkable as a way of protecting themselves and their organizations. An inability to anticipate crises is a major factor in their causation and escalation. The better you can anticipate a crisis, the better you can manage it.
