The 2016 New York State Fair will soon be here and New York Libraries will be there! Our third year, join in on the fun of showing fair goers just how amazing libraries are. We will be highlighting the New York Heritage and New York State Historic Newspapers projects and of course, YOUR library.
The Fair runs for 12 days and the booth is staffed for 12 hours each day. Volunteers are needed for a two-hour shift. SIGN UP HERE and receive an admission ticket for the day (travel and parking are on your own), a bright purple tee shirt and the satisfaction of advocating for your library.
If you cannot volunteer this year, please consider a DONATION to help offset our costs.
